Events
The Knox Ford Performance Big Day Out is held every 2 years at the Dealership.
It's an opportunity to come to the dealership with the family
and not only enjoy many fantastic sales opportunities - but
enjoy the many activities including slot cars, race simulators,
show bags, sausage sizzle. Plus we have many displays including
boats, bikes and racing cars.
The Knox Ford Fireworks - each year at the Knox Festival
you can enjoy the Knox Ford sponsored fireworks display timed
to music. We'll also be there with a display of the latest new
Ford models.
The Knox Ford Business Breakfasts are an opportunity for local business people to meet to hear quality guest speakers at a local venue. The events are a MUST ATTEND event with plenty of prizes and auction items and are run in support of the local Rotary Club of Knox - to which all funds raised, are donated. Stillwell Motor Group
Knox Ford is proudly a Stillwell Motor Group Company.
The Group now represents brands such as BMW, Mini, Ford,
Volvo, Jaguar and Kia with around 400 employees at 14
Dealerships in Melbourne. The Group is today managed by
Chris Stillwell (CEO), with brothers Michael, Robert &
Nicholas all involved in the business.
The Group is an active participant in Family Business Australia and in 2003 the Group was recognised by winning both Victorian and Australian, 2nd generation, Family Business of the Year.

Knox Ford commenced business in January 1996 when the Stillwell family purchased the business from Geoff Glenn who operated the dealership as Glenn Ford. Today Knox Ford is consistently in Melbourne's top 10 Ford dealers and is one of Melbournes leading dealers in FPV products as well as specialising in Light Trucks. Our Employees
Knox Ford was named Ford Dealer of the year for 2004,
and in 2006 was awarded National Dealer of the Year. These
prestigious awards we could not have achieved without
the dedication to excellence of our staff. Many of Knox
Ford's staff have worked with the Stillwell family for
many years. We currently have 16 employees with between
10 and 38 years employment with the Stillwell family and
many more between 5 and 10 years. From experience to talent
- we're proud to say, Knox Service staff have achieved
in 2005. Ford Southern Region ( Vic, Tas, SA) Apprentice
of the Year, Ford Southern Region, Master
Technician of the Year, plus Knox Apprentices
also finishes 2nd, 3rd & 8th. In addition our Service
General Manager is chairperson of both the AADA Service
Managers & Ford Service Managers Association.
Our Community
Knox Ford and the Stillwell Motor Group support and sponsor clubs and charities directly & indirectly. Some of theses include The Kidney Foundation, SIDS, Arthritis Victoria and the Vic Fire Rescue Squad. Knox is also proud to be the the Major Sponsor of the Knox Ford Raiders basketball teams, located at Boronia in addition to - Ferntree Gully/Upwey Tigers Baseball Club, Scoresby Football Club and Lysterfield Cricket Club. |
