Service Booking

At Knox Ford we try and make servicing your vehicle as easy as possible with specialist Departments and convenient locations.  For Ford passenger servicing we have 2 convenient locations and we're the only Dealer open til 10pm, in Melbourne's East.

Knox Ford are also one of the only dealerships to have a separate specialist Light Truck Service Department. All Vans and diesel 4x4's are expertly serviced by our trained diesel specialists at our Ferntree Gully location.

We even have a specialist Used cars Service Department (Value Service) just around the corner in Ferntree Gully Road.

If you're not happy, we're not happy.  All cars being serviced at Knox Ford are thoroughly inspected and any recommendations for adjustments are discussed with our customers.

You'll also receive a follow up SMS from us to check everything has been completed to your satisfaction. From experience to talent - we're proud to say our Knox Service team is highly awarded with current team members winners of Apprentice of the Year, and Master Technician of the Year awards. In addition our Service General Manager is actively involved in both the AADA Service Managers & Ford Service Managers Associations.

Our workshop is also linked via satellite direct to Ford Customer Service Division for all training and up to the minute technical service bulletins. So no matter what Ford you drive, you can rest assured that our technicians are more up to speed on what's under the bonnet, and have access to the right diagnostic tools.

Our Ferntree Gully Service Department has a local drop off and pick up service available. A small number of courtesy passenger cars and utes are also available on a booking basis. (Nominal fee applies)
