It's not just about the car!
Lets face it, having your vehicle serviced can be inconvenient. Knox Ford's commitment to you, is to make the experience as easy as possible.
We don't just do that by investing hundreds of thousands of dollars in the latest technology and equipment, we do it by investing in the right people. After all, it's a person you're dealing with and a person that you entrust your vehicle to. Knox employs over 50 service personnel from apprentices to Ford Master techicians - the highest level of training, knowledge and competence, recognised by Ford Wordwide.
All our technicians receive training and updates via satellite, direct from Ford Training headquartes in addition to having Master Technicians on site at their disposal.
We also want to be where it's convenient for you, and be open when it's convenient for you. The main Knox Ford workshop is open from 7.30am to Midnight weekdays, offering unrivalled access to servicing, parts and tyres. Plus with the opening of our brand new Service Department in Bayswater, getting your Ford serviced will be more convenient.
After your vehicle has been serviced - you can expect a call from our separate Customer Liason department. If they cannot contact you, a card will be sent to check if you are happy. If not, we'd like you to tell us so we can fix it.
